1. Following approval by the AIIC Council the revised text of the AIIC-EU Agreement has now been signed by the President, and is being signed by written procedure in the three Institutions. The text for signing is an additional amending agreement. A consolidated text of the Agreement as amended by the revision is published on www.aiic.eu

2. The revised Agreement will come into force on 1 September 2008.
