Students can apply for grants. Non-Finnish students are eligible for a Finnish study grant only if they are permanent residents in Finland or if they are remigrants. Foreign applicants should find out whether they are eligible for a grant or scholarship in their own country or through international exchange programmes (see http://www.cimo.fi).
