"We" are AIIC - l'Association Internationale des Interprètes de Conférence. Pioneer conference interpreters created AIIC 50 years ago. What does AIIC do? AIIC is the only interlocutor vis a vis International Organisations with which it has signed Collective Agreements on working conditions for free lance interpreters. For the non-institutional private market AIIC recommends a series of useful procedures. Both internally and externally to AIIC, members are involved in many activities. AIIC represents the whole of the profession. It has become a point of reference, both for members and non-members. AIIC is also near you.
