The rights conferred on every defendant at the Nuremberg Trials should be taken as self-evident today, in particular the right to a fair trial with proper interpreting. How does international criminal justice ensure these rights and what challenges does this pose for the interpreters?

Such questions were addressed in this panel discussion with experienced interpreters and legal experts.
