Join us at our first-ever AIIC VEGA/PRIMS Interpreters’ BarCamp
Just like any other BarCamp, you won’t be a mere spectator. You will be an active participant.
Our BarCamp is slightly different. We want it to be an opportunity for learning and sharing, but we also want to brainstorm together and gather fresh ideas.
As always, the rules are simple:
VEGA/PRIMS BarCamp Agenda
14:00-14:30 Registration and Brief Introduction
14:40-16:30 Part one Learning and Sharing
Participants will be invited to write the title of the topic they are interested in presenting on Slido (instructions to be provided soon). Everybody will vote for the presentation they find more interesting and the most voted presenters will each have 20/30 minutes to share their knowledge with the others.
16:30-17:00 Coffee break
17:00-19:00 Part two - Brainstorming Activity
In this second part, attendees will be asked to indicate a topic they want to tackle with like-minded colleagues, through an open, out-of-the-box approach. Once again, the most voted topics will be discussed in groups.
The BarCamp is open to all: Students, teachers, AIIC members and non-AIIC interpreters, and anybody involved in the simultaneous interpretation businesss
Limited seats!
