First day: Before the meeting starts you will need to obtain a badge, which will be valid until the end of the calendar year. Go to the badge office (Place de Fontenoy entrance, left of the reception desk).

Your contract will be sent to you or given to you on the spot. Give one signed copy to Stéphane Raynaud(Tel.: +33-1 45 68 04 77), who will provide all information about payment modalities.
Your signed contract is a prerequisite for payment.

UNESCO applies the rules of the AIIC-United Nations Agreement.
